I have DirecTV. I think it is the best friggin thing on the planet. I have iPhones and iPads and whatnot, so wherever I am I can watch whatever game I want. I am a super loyal NFL fanatic customer. Then some dipshit in some office somewhere decides it’s cool to black a game out. A game I want to watch. Then I have to remember I am also a badass internet nerd. There is no data which cannot be consumed.

I was a little surprised to see Carolina favored in this one, even at home, even vs the Cardinals. Clausen is terrible, that O line is terrible, and the defense just doesn’t have teeth without Peppers coming off the edge.

That being said, I love laughing at Arizona and their lack of an identity. Wisen(c)hunt was supposed to come in and run the ball and play defense. Then Kurt Dub came in and went to the superbowl with this badass pass attack. Minus Kurt and Q, Wisenhunt can’t figure out what he wants to do. Sure can’t run the ball. Or play defense.

Carolina’s lone bright spot is the running game, and I expect them to run all over AZ. Took the money line.

Rebirth of SportsEnter

Hey guys. So I was sitting around watching football this sunday, doing my normal domination of fantasy football and online wagering. This Sunday was particularly dominant, going 5 for 5 on the late games and sunday night. I thought to myself, “Damn I should share some of this God-given beautiful natural instinct to predict the outcomes of football games.”

Turns out I am also a huge nerd, so I have owned sportsenter.com for years for no other reason than it sounded cool. So I slapped a wordpress install on it and here we go. I’m going to post my picks for NFL games only, I don’t do college or any other sports. Yeah I should have started this before the season, but I didn’t, so suck it.
